Position Title: Retail Inventory and Reconciliation Specialist
Location: Bedok
Reports To: Operations Manager

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Retail Inventory and Reconciliation Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate stock levels, ensuring financial accuracy, and managing supplier relations within our retail grocery stores. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, and a solid understanding of inventory management and financial reconciliation processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in inventory management, stock control, or a related field within the retail sector.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management software.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in inventory management or accounting is advantageous.
