Tom Tailor Southeast Europe as a part of international fashion and lifestyle brand Tom Tailor, covers 8 countries (Slovenia, Croatia, Hungary, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Nort Macedonia, Bulgaria and Romania). We are responsible for the operation of more than 140 shops in this region and due to the rapid growth of the organization and business expansion, we want to strengthen our team. We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Retail Manager for Hungarian market to join our team! As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations and managing the store’s staff.

Deine Verantwortung:

• Recruit and hire new employees.
• Develop highly motivated and well-trained store teams, conduct performance reviews, and organize staff training.
• Supervise employees, providing coaching and mentorship to optimize productivity and increase sales.
• Oversee staff timetables, to ensure optimal number of employees in the most frequent sales period.
• Manage all store operations and delegate responsibilities.
• ensures the use of basic retail tools: Mentoring program, Check list, Daily routine check list, collection guidelines and other tools that help stores to achieve the best sales results and guarantee the best experience for customers.
• Regularly visit shops and ensure that each store maintains our retail standards and functions smoothly.
• Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays.
• Analyze KPI reports and take steps for improvement.
• Organize meetings with the teams to communicate monthly performance results, set action plans and priorities.
• Conduct discipline, coaching, and, when necessary, termination of employees
• Uphold compliance with all legal, health, and safety guidelines.
• Consistently contribute to improve retail processes.
• Communicates and cooperates with other sectors.

Wie du uns von dir überzeugst:

• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Proven experience as retail manager or in other managerial position in textile industry
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• An inspirational and motivational leader, with exceptional leadership skills, who knows how to get the best from the teams.
• Results oriented with a high personal drive to meet goals and objectives.
• Excellent organizing skills
• the ability to plan and prioritize workloads and delegate accordingly
• Understanding of retail laws, security, health, and safety issues.
• Analytical mind and the ability to comprehend and analyze sales figures.
• Driver’s license (active driver) and willingness to travel on short notice.
