Responsibilities:
We are currently searching for a switched-on Retail Manager to take our Ramsay Pharmacy High Street store to the next level. Lead a professional & fun team with a great working roster, which can be tailored to the needs of the successful candidate. This position requires a passionate individual with an ability to guide and lead others, drive sales, and meet KPI’s. Training and support will be provided to the successful candidate, including a period of handover from current Retail Manager.
- Coach and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and induction.
- Maintain employee work direction including base rostering, training and annual leave
- Create an empowering culture that enables the pharmacy and retail team to excel
