As a Retail Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client’s retail presence in Singapore. You will be entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing all retail stores’ operations, driving growth through strategic planning and execution. Your role will involve identifying new store locations, negotiating leases, implementing corporate policies, and coordinating with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies. You will also be tasked with managing various retail projects, enhancing customer experience, and fostering brand loyalty. Your input will be crucial in improving product offerings and facilitating efficient aftersales services.

  • Manage the operations of all retail stores in Singapore, including their profit and loss.
  • Conduct store mapping to optimise customer mix, product assortment, and stock level.
  • Identify new retail store locations and negotiate new leases or lease renewals.
  • Implement corporate retail policies and strategies.
  • Work towards increasing sales productivity and improving service standards.
  • Coordinate with marketing team to develop relevant marketing and instore promotion programs.
  • Manage retail projects, including shop designs, ensuring completion within budget and timeline.
  • Grow the existing customer database and maintain regular customer contact to build brand loyalty.
