- At least 2 years of experience in retail marketing or related field.
- Skilled at working cross-functionally with individuals at various levels and influencing the course of action.
- Strong understanding of retail industry trends and consumer behavior.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with marketing analytics tools.
- Creative thinker with a passion for driving results and exceeding targets.
- Strong knowledge of the full marketing mix and all facets of marketing communications.
- Pertinent professional experience in digital media and CRM.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in French and English.
Responsibilities:
As the Retail Marketing Responsible, your primary objective is to craft, execute, and oversee the marketing strategies and initiatives for our JACK & JONES stores. Your role revolves around elevating brand awareness and ensuring consistent exposure to our target audiences across various markets. This role requires a creative thinker with a keen understanding of consumer behavior and retail trends, as well as strong leadership and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Execute events and campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive store traffic across Canada.
- Collaborate with store managers to understand local market dynamics and tailor marketing initiatives accordingly.
- Manage the production and distribution of marketing materials, including signage, displays, and promotional materials.
- Utilize digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to reach target audiences and drive store traffic.
- Champion customer-centric marketing to improve overall customer experience in store.
- Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and partners to coordinate marketing efforts and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Manage comprehensive strategies, budgets, and plans to achieve defined objectives.
