You may have a degree in marketing, business administration or a similar field. What matters the most to us, however, is that you are passionate about marketing and retail fashion and have the necessary drive to create a real impact on our turnover! Additionally, we are looking for the following:

  • At least 2 years of experience in retail marketing or related field.
  • Skilled at working cross-functionally with individuals at various levels and influencing the course of action.
  • Strong understanding of retail industry trends and consumer behavior.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with marketing analytics tools.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for driving results and exceeding targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the full marketing mix and all facets of marketing communications.
  • Pertinent professional experience in digital media and CRM.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in French and English.

Responsibilities:

As the Retail Marketing Responsible, your primary objective is to craft, execute, and oversee the marketing strategies and initiatives for our JACK & JONES stores. Your role revolves around elevating brand awareness and ensuring consistent exposure to our target audiences across various markets. This role requires a creative thinker with a keen understanding of consumer behavior and retail trends, as well as strong leadership and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Execute events and campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive store traffic across Canada.
  • Collaborate with store managers to understand local market dynamics and tailor marketing initiatives accordingly.
  • Manage the production and distribution of marketing materials, including signage, displays, and promotional materials.
  • Utilize digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to reach target audiences and drive store traffic.
  • Champion customer-centric marketing to improve overall customer experience in store.
  • Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and partners to coordinate marketing efforts and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
  • Manage comprehensive strategies, budgets, and plans to achieve defined objectives.
