Description:

Competitive Market Rate + great benefits
North Buckinghamshire based, with hybrid working
Do you have proven account/operations management experience (ideally gained in the retail industry), strong data manipulation and analysis skills, underpinned by superb stakeholder engagement skills and a real desire to take on brand-new challenges? Then this could just be your ideal next career move,
My client is a leading provider of data and technology partnerships and solutions in the grocery and retail sectors. Continued growth, means right now, they’re looking for a commercially aware Retail Operations Manager to join their friendly, yet highly determined and successful team.
Working within the commercial team, your main focus will be on working with the client’s Head of Retail to help customers achieve their tactical and strategic objectives. However, to ensure you reach your goals, you’ll be able to demonstrate your ability to build effective internal and external relationships, be the point of contact for operational issues, store support, escalations process documentation (e.g Training Materials), analyse and interpret various KPIs and maintain accurate, up-to-date account documents. Along the way, you’ll get to engage with several head office functions including Stock Operations ensuring adherence to SLAs. You won’t be short of interest, variety and the challenges you crave.
It’s fair to say that excellent communication and presentation skills are a given, as is a flexible approach, lots of creativity and the ability to operate in a rapidly changing agile environment. Well-organised, with great planning skills, you’re highly motivated too. What’s more, you’re someone who’s not just curious and analytical, but happy to take ownership and identify and resolve any problems that arise. Committed to driving your personal development, you’re also willing to travel and work across the UK when required, to ‘get the job done’. And, if you can bring a track record of influence with major multiple retailers, even better!
This outstanding opportunity is offered on a hybrid basis that’s a mix of working from home, going into the office 1-2 days a week and attending regular client meetings. It also comes with some great benefits. You will need to be a car owner and driver to get to the office location.
Like what you’ve heard so far? Then get in touch today. To apply you know what to do. All applications will be responded to.
