Retail Operations Manager

We have an opportunity available for a Retail Operations Manager to join our Home Team. Reporting to the Senior Director of National Retail Sales and Operations, you will lead the coordination, delivery, and execution of key operational and strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for developing tactical execution plans to support projects, manage project deadlines, and communicate regular status updates to senior leadership.

• Facilitate field team communications by creating and upkeeping field team operational playbooks, monthly operational webinars, and weekly field operational updates. Coordinate and facilitate monthly field training and develop sessions to support corporate objectives and retail execution to improve Store Owner sales and profitability.
• Manage and monitor the Retail Operations budget, exercising sound fiscal management to control expenses and generate revenue.
• Collaborate with a variety of cross functional departments within the Operations Team such as Communications & eCommerce, Retail Education & Training, Dealer Development, and Store Design.
• Be the subject matter expert regarding operational retail ready best practices to be implemented in Home Hardware stores.Additional projects as requested by the Vice-President, Retail Operations.
