Description:

RETAIL PROMOTIONS ASSISTANT

  • Play a unique role in supporting healthy communities.
  • Manage & deploy the end-to-end promotional program.
  • Brand new offices at M-City Clayton; onsite parking & hybrid model

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the end-to-end promo process and follow critical path deadlines.
  • Primary contact with external and internal stakeholders for all promotional related tasks & queries
  • Authenticate data accuracy of all promotional briefs through various validation checks.
  • Assists in proofing of all catalogue and other promotional artworks.
  • Generates reports for various teams to assist in data integrity and correct process flow.
  • Communicate all promotional updates through the appropriate channels.
  • Promotional deal creation and upload
  • Maintenance and upload of deal sheets and POS data
