REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a retail sales associate or in a customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to engage with diverse customers.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for working in a retail environment.

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
• Provide information and guidance on products and services.
• Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
• Process transactions using cash registers or electronic systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and work area.
• Monitor and replenish merchandise displays and shelves.
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and targets.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives.
• Uphold company policies and procedures regarding customer service and sales.
