YOUR NEW ROLE
- Manage retailers through the entire lease process
- Coordinate sale of business requests
- Assess business plans, coordinate formal agreements, lease and finance documentation
- Manage any contract amendments
- Follow process and procedures
- Respond to customer queries via email and phone
