REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferable minimum 3 years of experience in stocks management and retail customer service
• Experience in working with or at a 3PLs
• Experience in working with or at a retailer and/or CPG company
• Very strong analytical skills
• Action and detail oriented
• Preferred experience in Netsuite or another ERP
• Good knowledge Excel/Google sheets
• Comfortable working in an evolving and dynamic environment
• Ability to laugh at yourself and at the small day to day things
• Excellent level of spoken and written English

• Analyze stock levels at our 3PL, identify discrepancies and correct them
• Supervise operations at our 3PL against contract and raise and manage claims whenever necessary
• Monitor BBD and stock rotation at our 3PL, and ensure the necessary follow-ups
• Oversee 3PL invoice validation and dispute management
• Manage customer orders by ensuring order fulfillment, handling discrepancies and resolving disputes
• Manage retailer initiatives by coordinating everything among our customers, 3PL and internal kencko teams
• Manage all logistics penalties set by retailers
• Ensure all processes are properly documented in our collaborative workspace (Notion)
