Retail Store Manager - South Dublin (work-life balance)

Our client is a luxury interior design, home accessories, and furniture business located on the South side of Dublin offering a large selection of high-quality products to its customers, now seeking an experienced and passionate individual to lead the retail team and drive the business forward.
As the Retail Store Manager you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the store and your responsibilities will include managing the retail team, ensuring customer satisfaction, implementing inventory management and cost loss prevention strategies, and achieving sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years store management experience, preferably in a similar environment
• Passion, knowledge, and talent for interiors/homewares
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, decision-making, and delegation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• A self-starter with a can-do attitude
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Solutions-driven mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in all situations
• Strong presentation skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and environment

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meeting weekly and monthly sales targets
• Delivering a first-class customer service experience
• Maintaining the store’s appearance and brand image
• Managing staffing levels and recruitment
• Implementing till and cash handling procedures
• Overseeing stock management and inventory levels
• Liaising with the purchasing manager for product requirements
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Supporting the organization as needed
