REQUIREMENTS:

• Min. Diploma
• Comfortable in working shift hours (Morning and afternoon)
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to assist and communicate effectively with customers.
• Applicants experienced in supervisory operations in the retail industry will be well considered.

• Help customers with fashion advice and product information, suggesting complementary items.
• Stay informed about store details and products to provide high-quality service and promote merchandise.
• Manage a customer database, remembering names and preferences.
• Address customer feedback and report significant issues to managers.
• Support various tasks, including cashiering, stock control, housekeeping, and online sales.
• Receive and check merchandise for quality and pricing accuracy.
• Evaluate merchandise quality and report issues.
• Create attractive merchandise displays based on themes.
• Advise on display locations for maximum impact and provide feedback on promotional programs.
• Conduct stock-takes and maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Check and update price tags.
• Train staff on customer service, selling techniques, and company policies.
• Supervise staff to ensure performance and sales targets are met.
• Provide feedback on staff performance.
• Keep the sales area clean and products well-presented.
• Update records of VIPs, SKUs, and stock.
• Maintain daily sales records.
• Monitor staff attendance.
• Perform other assigned job-related duties.
