Retail Supervisor

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team in Singapore. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store and ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Train and develop staff to deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge
• Ensure store merchandising and visual standards are maintained to company standards
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize stock loss
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action where necessary
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulations
