Description:
We are looking to hire a suitable candidate to join our team as a Retail Team Leader to lead a team representing internationally recognised spirits brands like Chivas and Martell, among others, at Changi Airport. Join us now as an attractive remuneration package awaits.
MUST-HAVE ATTITUDE & SKILLS

- Detail-oriented and highly proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, etc.
- Administrative and organisational management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years of relevant supervisory experience.
- Minimum NITEC / GCE O Level and above (must be able to provide a copy of the educational certificate).
- Willing to work at Changi Airport – a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays (5-day work week).
- Passion in Travel Retail and/or in the Liquor industry.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by setting clear targets, analysing sales data, optimising inventory, and ensuring consistent customer experiences in duty-free environments.
- Serve as an ambassador, embodying the brand image through grooming and attitude.
- Lead and mentor the team, integrating newcomers and guiding staff to effectively sell the products.
- Maintain comprehensive sales reporting by tracking overall and individual sales performances, identifying trends, and pinpointing areas for improvement.
- Manage and coach team members, conducting performance reviews, providing feedback for improvement, and ensuring timely briefings on priorities.
- Monitor and report on new opportunities and competitive activities within the airport environment to support strong brand activations and stay abreast of industry trends.
- Ensure adherence to all brand merchandising standards, including installation of promotional materials and visual merchandising setups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies for enhancing brand visibility and sales performance in duty-free shops.
