Description:
IMMEDIATE START
Our client is WA owned and are a leading retailer of battery packs used in cars & caravans, currently seeking a Retail Warehouse Assistant looking to learn more about 4WD, caravans and camping equipment!
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Driver’s licence and car to get to and from work.
- Forklift licence (required) and previous warehousing experience (desired).
- Full Australian working rights and full availability.
Responsibilities:
This role will mainly see you responsible for the companies ‘Click and Collect’ orders, including:
- Serving customers picking up their orders in the store, providing strong customer service and verifying customer ID / details.
- Assisting customers with transporting purchases to their vehicles
- Ensuring adequate stock levels on the sales floor to match customer orders, processing orders and ordering new stock to the store when required.
- Maintaining store cleanliness, product displays and accessibility.
