We are seeking a Door-to-Door Account Manager who will work in our Customer Retention Team on a fulltime basis at PrePayPower, on the road and at home. This role is better than ever before, with our new and improved salary and commission structure!

About This Role:

  • €28,000 basic salary rising to €30,000 after successful probation.
  • Uncapped commission structure - €15,000 based on KPIs

Successful candidates will have strong experience working with retention, door to door or inside sales roles, preferably in a Utilities industry.

Your New Role Responsibilities:

  • Retain existing customers face to face and over the phone.
  • Actioning with warm leads
  • Use all Retention tools available to encourage customers to stay with PrepayPower
  • Manage daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s.
  • Ad hoc activities as required.

Essential Experience & Skills to Succeed:

  • Proven track record of achieving Retention or Sales Targets
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience working in an inside sales or Door to door sales.
  • Experience using CRM systems preferable but not essential.
  • Ability to work of own initiative.
  • Excellent objective handling, problem solving and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Full Drivers Licence
