Description:

GFL Brampton is looking for an item processor who will be responsible for receiving and processing all physical items/products received.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

  • Must be able to work afternoon shift: Monday to Friday from 3 PM to 11:30 O
  • Clear background check.
  • 1 year experience of in a previous Data entry role.
  • High School Diploma Required
  • Must be able to type 40 Words per minute.
  • Contribute to special projects as required.
  • Cleaning workstation and warehouse as required.
  • Operation of Forklift (limited to certain individuals).
  • Pick & Pack, Skid building, shipping and receiving.
  • Scanning of processed items at the Sort Station.

Responsibilities:

  • A thorough knowledge of Green For Life (GFL’s) policies and procedures (SOP’s).
  • Having full knowledge of the GFL Returns Processing System(s). Processing and scanning damaged, recalled, expired and other consumer and Rx products received from each consignee.
  • Lifting and Opening boxes received from consignees across Canada.
  • Verifying and entering the following information from the physical item received the description, expiry date, quantity, DIN number, Lot number, Fullness (counting pills utilizing the Pill Counter Provided) and Reason Code.
  • Understanding the product database.
