Responsibilities:

We are currently on the lookout for a Revegetation Operator to join our team. The successful applicant will work as part of our Natural Environments Team bringing sites across Tauranga to a standard for all to enjoy. Some experience with chainsaw, chipper, clearing larger vegetation and tree pruning would be ideal.
The role requires knowledge and experience of revegetation tasks such as cut and paste, hand removal, pest plant vine control, agrichemical spraying of plant pests, removal of rubbish, line trimmer use and planting of trees/shrubs.
This role is based out of our headquarters in Tauriko.

This role in very hands on and physically demanding, you will be working in the natural environment which means you’ll have to be comfortable working in all terrains and weather conditions.

  • Hours are Monday to Friday 7am to 3.30pm (40 hour per week)
  • Full uniform, PPE, wet weather gear, and work boots are provided
  • Start ASAP
