    This company is an established, community-based property developer and asset manager.
    Due to a maternity leave vacancy, there is an opportunity for an experienced Assistant Accountant looking to step up to join this tight knit, supportive finance team as a Revenue Accountant. There is strong potential for this role to run permanent post the initial 12 months due to business growth.

Reporting into the Finance Manager and working alongside another Revenue Accountant, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the fortnightly rent billing clycle and arrears reporting.
  • Analysing income & revenue
  • Calculating rent charges
  • Managing monthly and ad-hoc pay cycles
  • Receipting and reconciling revenue
  • Compliance reporting
  • Monitor and report on performance, including process improvement initiatives

In order to be considered , you’ll be degree qualified, with a broad background working as as Assistant Accountant or in an Accounts all-rounder capacity. We are looking for a team player who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and stand behind the vision of the organisation. Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills are essential to your success in this role.
