Responsibilities:

To provide quality customer focused service to patients and their families and to staff by ensuring that patient receipting, and debt recovery are performed in a timely and efficient manner, thereby contributing to revenue and cash flow improvement within SWSLHD.
This role is an integral part of the Revenue Team and requires a commitment to teamwork through a flexible approach to work, respect for co- workers, awareness of team workloads and a willingness to assist to meet team deadlines.
