Revenue Cycle Manager

We are seeking a Revenue Manager for our operations in Scranton, Pennsylvania. This role revolves around overseeing the Accounts Receivable, Revenue Recognition, and Billing Process in the telecom industry. The job involves managing a team responsible for billing and collections, ensuring the smooth transition of data from state billing systems, and maintaining the Accounts Receivable Sub-ledger.

• Oversee the Accounts Receivable, Revenue Recognition, and Billing Process
• Manage the transition of data from state billing systems into the accounting system
• Lead a team responsible for billing and collections
• Maintain and manage the Accounts Receivable Sub-ledger
• Submit claims via various systems and track client authorizations
• Process Units of Service and claim amounts from weekly and bi-weekly attendance sheets
• Monitor client monthly absences for residential programs
• Track client authorized unit utilization for fee-for-service programs
• Download and track remittance advice on a weekly basis
• Prepare various reports on a regular basis
• Work closely with Coordinators, Directors, and outside agencies on billing related issues
• Assist with the year-end Financial Statement audit
• Assist with the contracting process for various counties.

This role requires proficiency in various skills including Accounting Software Systems, CRM, Great Plains (GPAC), Management System, Accounting Functions, Auditing, Billing Functions, and Collection Processes.

• Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Familiarity with Great Plains (GPAC) software
• Ability to effectively utilize Management Systems
• Solid understanding of Accounting Functions
• Experience in Auditing procedures
• Knowledge of Billing Functions
• Familiarity with Collection Processes
• Strong focus on Compliance and adherence to regulations
• Proven experience as a Revenue Manager or similar role
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
