Currently, we are seeking an experienced Revenue Management Analyst who will drive optimal revenue across all product segments through implementing pricing and inventory strategies.
Analysing business and market trends, they will contribute to improving business decision making as well as having individual responsibility for actioning price and inventory changes that will lead to our improved commercial performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Optimising revenue with a holistic approach, focusing on pricing and inventory opportunities primarily across accommodation but also extending to tours, cruises, flights and experiences
  • Actioning price changes on offers and monitoring the impact of FX rates on margin and advising of potential changes required to drive improvements
  • Provide support to key stakeholders on pricing queries and promo code usage
  • Working on pricing strategies for loyalty programs, including earn and burn
  • Monitor and analyse internal and market trends to enable better decision making by the business
  • Balance the need to increase margins while improving conversion to ensure the business grows profitably
  • Monitoring inventory levels across various products and escalating issues to the designated stakeholder
  • Track performance for various overrides agreements to assist in decision making on product promotion
  • Analyse deal performance, both during and post-campaign, to identify commercial opportunities
  • Optimise tours and cruise performance by analysing supply and demand levels and advising or actioning price and inventory changes
  • Contribute to the growth of flights, tours, cruises and wholesale through assisting where necessary with pricing strategy
