REVENUE MANAGER

Mindil Beach Casino Resort is the ultimate entertainment destination in the Northern Territory. The guest experience is at the heart of everything we do. We have over 550 employees, 650 Electronic Gaming Machines, 23 Gaming Tables, 7 bars, and 3 restaurants and Darwin’s only five-star beachfront resort with 152 luxury rooms and a myriad of unique function spaces.
Reporting to the Executive Manager of Operations, we are looking for a successful Revenue Manager with a proven track record in driving online commercial performance on a Full Time Basis.
You are someone with proven financial acumen and an expert in maximising on returns in our high season, and creatively driven in our low season. A key to your success will be in creating lasting relationships with all stakeholders, communication of well thought of and planned initiatives, followed by actions to drive results to achieve financial plan, profit margins, cost control and business growth.

• Lead an engaging, interactive weekly Revenue Meeting, using credible reports you have developed that tell a convincing story.
• Development and implementation of optimisation tools to review demand, history, forecasting and planning.
• Leading a small reservations team, ensuring all group reservations and allotments are accurately captured, effectively monitor payment schedules, handle no-shows and cancellations and artfully manage OTA relationships and commissions
