EXPERIENCE SOUGHT:

  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
  • Track record of delivery on multiple fronts in a fast-moving business.
  • Bachelor’s degree, MsC or advanced degree is advantageous
  • Strong results from similar areas of responsibility
  • Proven leadership and collaboration skills
  • Proven good communication skills in English

Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for achieving revenue and seat factor targets for defined routes
  • Responsible to implement revenue initiatives for a defined business area
  • Contribute to identify and implement revenue and pricing related projects
  • Collaboration with Tech team to drive cutting-edge automation and AI
  • Lead RM team, fostering culture of collaboration and performance excellence
  • Monitor and position peaks, promotion and special events for optimal outcome
  • Short and long-term revenue forecasting
  • Responsible for delivering weekly route level revenue forecast
  • Monitor and action performance drivers against forecast on daily basis
  • Report fare trends, promotional effects and pricing strategy changes.
  • Competitor monitoring of fares, campaigns and capacity
  • Assist in planned disruption management, coordination, and processing
