EXPERIENCE SOUGHT:
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- Track record of delivery on multiple fronts in a fast-moving business.
- Bachelor’s degree, MsC or advanced degree is advantageous
- Strong results from similar areas of responsibility
- Proven leadership and collaboration skills
- Proven good communication skills in English
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for achieving revenue and seat factor targets for defined routes
- Responsible to implement revenue initiatives for a defined business area
- Contribute to identify and implement revenue and pricing related projects
- Collaboration with Tech team to drive cutting-edge automation and AI
- Lead RM team, fostering culture of collaboration and performance excellence
- Monitor and position peaks, promotion and special events for optimal outcome
- Short and long-term revenue forecasting
- Responsible for delivering weekly route level revenue forecast
- Monitor and action performance drivers against forecast on daily basis
- Report fare trends, promotional effects and pricing strategy changes.
- Competitor monitoring of fares, campaigns and capacity
- Assist in planned disruption management, coordination, and processing
