  • University qualifications in Hospitality Management, Sales & Marketing, Commerce or other related qualifications
  • Previous experience in or aligned to Revenue Management or Analyst role
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills with strategic orientation as well as good problem solving
  • Administrative and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Advanced written and verbal presentation skills

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for providing the General Manager and Leadership Team with guidance in developing long-term and short-term tactics to increase the hotel’s overall revenues and to maximize profit. You will use your analytical skills, excellent knowledge of the 5 star hotel market in Western Australia and strategic orientation to ensure that the hotel achieves its targets.

SOME OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly room occupancy and average rate forecast through the use of business intelligence and revenue management systems
  • Provide tactical consultation on effective revenue generating processing through inventory usage, rate control management, pricing and distribution
  • Ensure the inventory distribution through all channels is in line with Hyatt’s distribution strategy
  • Ensure daily pricing strategies are optimized and to review / assist in the re-design of the pricing strategies if necessary
  • Assist the Director of Sales and Marketing and the department to maximize revenue and yield business
