Responsibilities:

  • Manage a range of services to maximise the revenue generated from each service over the longer term
  • Create, maintain and share individual route strategies to outline the key objectives of the revenue management approach strategically and tactically.
  • Analyse tactical and strategic initiatives from across the business and implement actions to proactively manage yield, load factor and revenue
  • Implement an engagement approach to liaise with different colleagues from across the business to gather feedback on individual routes and services
  • Identify seasonal fluctuations in demand and ensure the appropriate forecast methodology is in place for each of the seasons
  • Design new functionalities and support revenue management software system development and implementation including periodic testing and upgrading
  • Upload and setup timetable and train data in S3P (RARS2)
  • Provide data support to the S3P controller during timetable uploads.
