WHO YOU ARE
- Demand generation background, with 5+ years of experience in a B2B environment
- Good cross-functional collaboration skills, rapid decision-making, and relationship building. Must be able to adapt communication to different audiences and stakeholder seniority.
- Especially a good understanding of sales cycles and inbound pipelines
- Must be data driven and prioritize objective decision making
- Experience with digital and offline marketing (CRM, nurture flows, content, events and field marketing, trade shows)
- Strategic thinking and autonomy to prioritize tasks, problem solve, and see the bigger picture. Must be comfortable forging their own path from ambiguity. Fast to execute.
- An OKR and data-focused approach to measuring your own performance
- English native speaker
