Description:
As Revenue Operations Project Manager you will be responsible for managing a wide variety of projects within the Revenue Operations team for Vizrt. The Revenue Operations organization supports and enables the global sales and channel teams and drives efficiency initiatives to increase productivity and enable business growth. If you are a driven individual that likes to get a lot of autonomy, have a high impact on the business and fits within an organization where change is the norm then we are looking for you!
In the role you will be part of the Revenue Operations management team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 5 years of experience within sales and/or channel, operations, consultancy or other commercial support functions.
- Experience in project ideation as well as execution, bringing things over the line accompanied with the needed change management.
- Experience in sales/channel enablement and training, ensuring the success and development of team members.
- Comprehensive understanding of sales/channel processes, as well as proficiency in technology and CRM software.
- Experience from partner programs and management is valued.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and handle competing work demands efficiently.
- Analytical mindset and the ability to work with complex information or data and drawing meaningful conclusions.
- High attention to detail and active listening skills
- A collaborative team player who recognizes the importance of a well-functioning organization and is used to working cross departmental.
- Highly proficient and competent user in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel, MS Teams)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.
