QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and proficiency in other modules within our tech stack are preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-departmental collaboration.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and process optimization.
- Proactive attitude with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Tech Stack Optimization:
- Manage and optimize our tech stack, including Salesforce CRM, Pendo, Pandadoc, Maxio, Calendly, and Gong.
- Ensure seamless integration and functionality of all modules to support sales and marketing operations efficiently.
- Sales and Marketing Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to meet budgetary and campaign objectives.
- Utilize data from our tech stack to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making processes.
- Process Enhancement:
- Identify opportunities for scalability and efficiency improvements in sales and marketing processes.
- Implement best practices and automation to streamline workflows and enhance team productivity.
- Strategic Contributions:
- Contribute to strategic initiatives, including geographical expansion into EMEA and ANZ regions.
- Provide operational insights and support for Series B fundraising activities.
