As we continue our rapid growth trajectory, we are seeking a versatile and proactive Revenue Operations Analyst to join our tight-knit team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic company shaping the future of cybersecurity in the MSP industry.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and proficiency in other modules within our tech stack are preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and process optimization.
  • Proactive attitude with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Tech Stack Optimization:
  • Manage and optimize our tech stack, including Salesforce CRM, Pendo, Pandadoc, Maxio, Calendly, and Gong.
  • Ensure seamless integration and functionality of all modules to support sales and marketing operations efficiently.
  • Sales and Marketing Collaboration:
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to meet budgetary and campaign objectives.
  • Utilize data from our tech stack to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making processes.
  • Process Enhancement:
  • Identify opportunities for scalability and efficiency improvements in sales and marketing processes.
  • Implement best practices and automation to streamline workflows and enhance team productivity.
  • Strategic Contributions:
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives, including geographical expansion into EMEA and ANZ regions.
  • Provide operational insights and support for Series B fundraising activities.
