IDEAL CAPABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role, preferably in the technology or digital marketing industry
- Strong proficiency in using CRM tools, with experience in HubSpot preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets or data analysis and reporting
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
- Proactive problem solver with a strategic mindset and a continuous improvement mindset
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and make decisions
Responsibilities:
- Generate monthly sales revenue reports and provide analysis to senior management
- Send global sales update emails each week to our global teams
- Actively participate in regional revenue calls
- Report on OKR metrics
- Forecast revenue and track performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement
- Manage our global CRM tool (HubSpot), including configuration, user training, workflow updates and building processes, dashboards and reports to ensure it is optimised and efficient
- Run effective HubSpot training sessions with whole regional teams in attendance and provide training materials
- Track, check and report on HubSpot data at a highly detailed level
- Be tech-savvy with HubSpot data and integrations with other sales tools, like Gong and PowerBI
- Serve as the liaison between the sales and finance teams, ensuring alignment on revenue recognition, financial reporting and strategies
- Identify and communicate efficiencies in the sales process, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to implement changes
- Discover ways to enable our global sales team to run faster
