The Business Applications Global Black Belt (GBB) Sales teams are sellers with a passion to help customers digitally transform the way in which their business runs, driving new levels of profitability for their organization. As a Revenue Operations Program Manager - Business Applications on our Global Black Belt Team, you will be Supporting the Leadership team in managing the business, tracking performance and driving operational and Sales Excellence Disciplines. This role will be responsible for leading the Sales Excellence function of the team, contributing, and leveraging to the analytics on key revenue & consumption drivers to generate data-driven insights that enable business planning, programs development and sales execution. This role is a primary contributor of the Business Applications growth plan and cooperates with x-group leaders and sellers to drive business development.

REQUIRED/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Accounting, Information Systems, Social Sciences or related field AND 5+ years’ experience in sales operations, project management, analytics, compensation, sales performance analytics, finance/business analyst, process improvement, consulting, finance, marketing, business management or a related field
  • OR equivalent experience.

ADDITIONAL OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Accounting, Information Systems, Social Sciences, or related field AND 8+ years’ experience in sales operations, project management, analytics, compensation, sales performance analytics, finance/business analyst, process improvement, business development, consulting, finance, marketing, or a related field
  • OR Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Design, or related field.
  • Proficient finance background and reporting capabilities
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct an analysis of customer needs and business value drivers to articulate compelling value propositions.
  • Strategic Thinking: Capacity to understand the broader strategic objectives of customers and align the software solution with their long-term business goals.
  • Communication Skills: Proven communication skills to confidently and effectively articulate the value proposition of the software solution to senior Business Decision Maker (BDMs) and both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborative Approach: Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build collaborative internal partnerships to deliver value to customers.
  • Continuous Learning: Eagerness to stay updated on industry trends, competitor landscape, and evolving customer needs to continuously enhance value proposition offerings.
  • Organizational agility, able to coordinate stakeholders like Marketing, Engineering, Licensing, Legal, Executives etc. Problem solver and ability to work in rapidly changing environment effectively managing ambiguity.
    Sales Operations IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $91,800 - $178,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $117,900 - $195,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

SPECIALTY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establishes the cadence and rhythms for churn prevention and win back plans. Monitors, interprets, and provides recommendations based on reports tracking consumption and customer adds to influence seller outcomes across the organization for Business Applications and communicates to relevant stakeholders. May also report on scorecard management.
  • Applies and provides guidance to others to integrate continuous improvement changes to tools, processes, and Rhythms of Connection (ROCs) across the teams to accelerate transformation. Integrates continuous improvement with reporting and Business
  • Intelligence (BI). Collaborates with field partners to improve tools and identify processes to increase efficiency, remove blockers, reduce redundancies, reduce manual work, or to save time within Sales Programs. Synthesizes feedback and provides recommendations to senior stakeholders. Models best practices and communicates with others across the community.
  • Provides support to Time Zone Sales Leadership for monthly forecasting, pipeline management, and standard pipeline/reporting views. Assists in Revenue Excellence proactive audits and in ensuring accurate revenue landing and deal flow per appropriate guidelines. Coordinates with members of broader Business Sales Operations (BSO) team as necessary and contributes to successful landing and execution of Sales Operations Planning Process for Support Sales. Provides suggestions for standard Business Intelligence (BI) tools to increase usage/adoption with Support Sales teams to reduce ad-hoc, manual efforts.
