Description:
Revenue Operations specialistWe are seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist who will play a key role in the company’s revenue growth. You will be the first hire in an ambitious plan to streamline operations within Rillion to be the engine that drives efficiency for the full commercial organization – from marketing, customer acquisition and –retention, to customer onboarding and support. This role is perfect for someone with a can-do attitude, a passion for building structure, and an analytical mindset. Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with the full commercial organization (Marketing, Sales, Professional Services, and Support) to own, streamline, and enforce revenue processes across all regions.
Generate actionable insights through rigorous data analysis to support decision-making and strategy refinement.
Identify, evaluate, implement and optimize software’s and digital processes that support a scalable organization.
Ensure our data is clean and the processes generating it are relevant for insightful reporting.
Partner with finance and sales management for accurate revenue forecasting and reporting.
Regularly assess and improve operational practices to keep pace with business growth and market demands
Design and execute sales incentive programs to drive high performance
