Benevity is on the lookout for an experienced, passionate, and inquisitive Revenue Operations Specialist to collaborate with our expanding Client Success, Marketing, and Sales teams, aiming to enhance our existing client base.
You’ll bring your expertise to work closely with our Go-to-Market and Financial Planning & Analysis Teams, focusing on dynamic business analytics projects. These projects are key to capturing new business and advancing our strategies in upselling, cross-selling, managed services, and enhancements. Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Collaborate with Client Success, Marketing, Sales, and FP&A teams for strategic data analysis and decision-making guidance
  • Develop target planning and analysis frameworks with analysts and stakeholders
  • Recommend process enhancements to improve data quality for Go-to-Market (GTM) teams
  • Foster understanding of requirements across units, pinpointing and mitigating inefficiencies with real-time data
  • Build collaborative relationships to enhance both internal and external partnerships.
  • Set benchmarks and KPIs in line with business goals, focusing on metrics like ARR Bookings, Churn, Downsell, and Upsell, and provide performance updates
  • Lead the creation and implementation of revenue-driving and retention processes, including forecasting and pipeline management
  • Aid in developing business requirements for stakeholder metrics, leveraging tools such as GSheets, Salesforce, and Tableau
  • Manage quota planning and performance measurement for Sales and Revenue Growth teams, supporting diverse roles in business development and growth
