The Royal Caribbean Group’s Silversea Cruises Ltd brand has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Revenue Planning Analyst on the Revenue Management team reporting to the Senior Manager Planning Forecasting

POSITION SUMMARY:

Our Revenue Management unit is looking for a brilliant Revenue Planning Analyst to join the team; he/she will both bring vertical skills and a business-oriented mindset overseeing revenue-planning activities The chosen candidate will also be involved in ongoing business projects monitoring a set of insights and KPI to improve the understanding of the company business trends with the aim of support the decision-making

QUALIFICATIONS KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

A quantitative degree (eg Engineering

  • Economics and equivalent) or Business Administration degree
  • Strong analytical abilities and proactivity
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate data metrics to peers and upper managementProfessional knowledge of Business Intelligence Tools/Software (Power BI Advanced Excel Power Point MS Flow) SQL Python
  • R are considered an advantage
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize a heavy work load
  • Project management experience
  • Very good knowledge of English (at least B2 level is required)
  • Focus on promoting openness and transparencyPassion for learning and researching

Responsibilities:

Support the digitization of Cruise revenue planning Air planning Charter & Groups planning

  • Hotel planning
  • Assists Air Planning manager in the forecasting activities and in the integration of our new Air reservation system into our daily activity
  • Takes care of the automation and delivery of regular Air reporting
  • Helps improving Air subsidies/ price forecasting
  • Helps improving Cruise revenue forecast accuracy
  • Support the SVP Revenue Management in bi-weekly board presentation to articulate our business performance key facts
  • Creates duplication in departmental most critical tasks
  • Supports other team members deliveries during on peak periods
