Revit Modeler - Architecture

The successful candidate will create architectural construction documents for industrial-related buildings. This position is focused on Revit skills and requires a minimum 5 years’ experience working in Revit; drafting and detailing building projects.
This position requires a results-oriented individual; who, in close coordination with senior architects, will lead improvements of our Revit efficiency and capabilities. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and take initiative to move our team forward with industry-standard Revit practices. This person will be flexible, well organized, dependable, and a team player.

Requirements:

• Degree in architecture and proven record of Revit drafting and detailing for buildings
• 5+ years using Revit
• 5+ years drafting and detailing experience in buildings
• Strong focus on leading the effort to set Revit and BIM standards that are universally accepted; allowing us smooth coordination with consulting engineers, remote teams, and facility management
• Ability to create Revit asset libraries, including families and details; and assist drafters in this endeavor
• Collaborator, works well with others

Knowledge and Skills:

• Demonstrated experience with creating construction documents and renderings utilizing Revit
• Experience with Revit plug-ins for mid-level renderings
• Knowledge and experience using effective model sharing
• Experience with using laser scans in combination with Revit and AutoCad is highly desirable
