Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise advanced Revit skills to develop comprehensive models and construction documentation tailored specifically for health-related architectural projects.
- Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of design intent into Revit models.
- Implement and maintain project standards and best practices for Revit modeling, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead coordination efforts with consultants and stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in architectural documentation.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering their growth and development within the Revit platform.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Revit Technician, with a demonstrated track record of working on health projects.
- Proficiency in Revit software, with a deep understanding of its capabilities and applications within the architectural industry.
- Strong knowledge of health facility design principles and regulations, with the ability to translate design requirements into detailed Revit models.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality work within project deadlines.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
