QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPENTENCIES:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCP, CBP) advantageous
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Compensation or Reward Analyst, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in using compensation analysis tools and software
- Solid understanding of compensation practices, market trends, and legal regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain data accuracy and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Responsibilities:
MAIN PURPOSE OF POSITION
Currently we are looking for a Reward and Payroll Advisor in Cape Town, South Africa to be part of our global team working together towards our vision – Improving our future. As our Reward and Payroll Advisor you will be responsible for supporting both global reward processes across 23+ countries as well as ensuring accurate and timely payroll administration for the Sub-Sahara Africa (SSA) business. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and a deep understanding of compensation practices and payroll procedures.
