Our Rewards & Benefits team here at Harrods is growing. Excitingly, we’re looking for a Rewards & Benefits Analyst who will take the reins on some key areas of the rewards and benefits cyclical activity.
As part of our HR Operations division, the Reward & Benefits team is responsible for ensuring our programmes are the best in class for our exceptional colleagues. In this role, you will have vast exposure to the broader Harrods business, therefore it’s a great opportunity to build important relationships.

Responsibilities:
As the Rewards & Benefits Analyst, you will report into the Reward & Benefits Manager. Whilst the manager leads on the overall reward strategy for Harrods, you will lead key areas of the annual compensation cycle, including base salary reviews, benefit renewals, bonus scheme management and advice, commission scheme management, compensation survey submission, and benchmarking processes.
This is an extremely busy role which provides a huge amount of value for the rest of the business, and your key stakeholders will be the HR Business Partner population. You will be able to partner effectively, building trust with your credibility and knowledge. You’ll know how to break down the steps of a reward process and be able to confidently facilitate a conversation around benchmarking.
You will also:
- Support in the benefit renewal process by providing research and quality data analysis
- Work with People Analytics to create reporting for reward metrics such as pay changes, commission markers, promotions, allowances, benefit enrolment.
- Provide support to the shared services team for benefit and reward queries and any escalated issues.
- Advise managers and People Partners on the career levelling framework supporting any new role or change requests
