Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role within our multinational manufacturing company. Reporting directly to the General Manager, your responsibilities will span across various aspects of HR management. From assisting stakeholders in organisational structure development to ensuring compliance with legal standards, your role is integral to maintaining an engaged workforce. You will also be instrumental in resolving employee-related issues, analysing compensation trends, building productivity reports, and working closely with leaders on performance management. Your ability to adapt effectively to new cultures and environments will be key to your success.
- Assist stakeholders in developing and monitoring organisational structure as well as job descriptions to ensure alignment with organisational design strategy and budget
- Review and ensure company policies, contracts, and procedures comply with legal standards
- Support the company in employee-related issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary measures
- Analyse trends in compensation and benefits to ensure the organisation attracts and retains top talent
- Build headcount monitoring reports for labour productivity, review and evaluate movement trend and provide analytical insights
- Work closely with function leaders in performance management, talent review and succession plan to establish an effective and motivate work environment
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance
