Description:

TNP has an immediate opening for a ROW Agent. This position is based in the TNP Fort Worth office and provides an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of an innovative, growth-oriented professional firm.

Responsibilities/Expectations:

  • Review title reports and identify issues that create an encumbrance on the title.
  • Review appraisal reports and answer property owner questions concerning the methodology of establishing value.
  • Negotiate property rights for the construction of public works projects proposed by Cities, Counties, Utility Districts, and the State of Texas.
  • Driving to properties, meetings, and other business events as needed.
  • Assist in preparing initial notice letters, offer letters, memorandum of agreements/sales contracts, final offer letters, and other documents required to secure the clear title on a property.
  • Work cooperatively with title companies to schedule property closings.
  • Review construction plans sufficiently to explain project impacts on a particular property.

Position Requirements: At a minimum, candidates must meet the following educational and professional requirements:

Education/Licensure

  • High School Graduate
  • Texas Real Estate Sales or Broker’s License
  • BA Degree from an accredited college with a major in business, finance, or other related studies (desired)

Professional

  • 2 years experience in real estate or service-oriented industry
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software
  • Responsive and results-oriented in service to clients.
  • Committed to personal and professional growth and development
  • Motivated to contribute to the growth of our company
  • Demonstrated ability to develop solid working relationships with other team members
  • Possess a valid driver’s license

Compensation: Compensation includes:

  • A competitive base salary, dependent on skills, qualifications, and experience
