Profession: Right of Way/Land Agent (Southern Alberta)
Our team is seeking an experienced right of way agent in Alberta who is a self-starter and has demonstrated success in bringing a level of comfort to all parties involved during the surface acquisition process. We are looking for a team player that has a keen enthusiasm for the energy industry. The successful candidate will immediately participate in the public engagement and acquisition process on new projects, as well as provide support on current Evolve acquisition work.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire land rights and negotiate fair compensation
  • Secure permits and approvals while complying with regulations
  • Foster and manage relationships with landowners, communities, and stakeholders
  • Prepare and manage legal documents, maintain records, and ensure compliance
  • Adhere to environmental regulations and ethical practices
  • Stay informed about market trends and assess potential risks
