Reporting to the Rights & Metadata Manager, this role will be responsible for the accurate entry of deal memo advice from the acquisitions team. As operators of the Foxtel group’s CMS and rights entry systems, they ensure that all rights and metadata entry drives content’s delivery to customer platforms.

Your responsibilities:

  • Enter rights and metadata into Foxtel’s rights management systems based on information provided by acquisitions and purchasing
  • Work with metadata partners to audit information to ensure it is fit for purpose across all platforms
  • Liaise with channel/platform programmers to obtain requirements for metadata and rights entry
  • Keep abreast of changing roles within the business & changing stakeholders.
  • Identify inefficiencies & champion improvements to system and operational processes.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND CAPABILITY

  • 5 years experience in rights management and metadata
  • Experience with various rights management systems including Vimond, IBMS and Landmark
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
