REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience in analytical roles in financial services, fintech, banking or consulting industry.
- Experience deriving actionable insights from analysis and analytical storytelling.
- Proficient in data analysis using Python / R, Excel, and SQL.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or similar) or equivalent experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Disciplined attention to detail.
- Strong ability to work proactively and collaboratively in a cross-functional team to drive results.
- Strong quantitative skills.
- Results Focus: Self-starter with ability to work independently and with a team.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in credit or financial analytics,
- Knowledge of consumer lending business and products (credit cards, personal loans, etc….)
- Familiarity with credit bureaus and alternative data sources.
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
