Do you like to be challenged, enjoy change and new experiences. This is a rare opportunity to support the Senior Prudential & Operational Risk Manager in growing the Risk team to match the growth in the Society.
We are looking for a Risk Analyst, the roles main areas of responsibility are to contribute to the teams capacity to analyse and monitor existing and emerging risks for the business and carry out a range of types of reviews reporting outcomes to 1st line management, all to a high standard.
This role will give you the opportunity to see all areas of the Society Business, with a focus on Prudential and Credit risk. You should have a background in Treasury, Finance, management accounts or credit either in a 1st or 2nd line capacity.
You will need a keen eye for detail, an ability to make complex simple through concise and easily understood verbal and written communications, work to high standards that at time may have time constraints with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working in 2nd line is not essential as fully coaching, development and training will be provided but would be an advantage.
