REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. statistics, mathematics, computer science).
• A minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in a data analytics role.
• Proficient in data visualization and reporting using Tableau (mandatory) and other tools.
• Experience with R (or Python) programming language and relevant packages is mandatory
• Familiarity with machine learning and predictive modeling.
• Strong communication skills to clearly present findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.

• Analysis of large datasets to identify patterns and trends.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
• Managing data from other sources, some of which cannot be captured on our platform.
• Communicating findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
• Continuously monitoring and updating risk models/flags to ensure they remain accurate and relevant.
• Creating visualizations and reports to effectively communicate results.
• Keeping up-to-date with new developments in data science and risk management to continuously improve processes and methodologies
