Responsibilities:

  • Risk business partnering and an advisor on the Risk Management Framework.
  • Facilitation of workshops to undertake risk identification and control assessments as part of key strategic projects and/or business changes, BAU risk profile and outsourcing arrangements. Guide management in developing action plans to address current/emerging business risks, lessons learnt and data quality.
  • Cross divisional collaboration with L2 and risk framework owners prior to the implementation of new or changes to controls in risk framework.
  • Engage SMEs to provide refresher training and awareness on risk and compliance.
  • Facilitation of workshops with cross divisional/business unit stakeholders to provide insights on root cause(s), accountable business owner, risk rating, remediation actions and control improvements to support the timely closure of incidents & issues.
  • Support the preparation of appropriate risk and compliance report(s).
  • Support the business during L2 assurance testing and L3 internal audits.
