Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of existing ISO certified Management Systems (9001, 14001, 27001, 45001)
  • Maintenance and administration of other compliance programs: Defence Industry Security Program, Hosting Certification Framework, etc.
  • Internal auditing against the NDIS Practice Standards, for one of our other business units
  • Development, implementation, and management of ISO Management Systems
  • Administration and coordination of activities within our Management Systems
  • Administration and advocate for our Risk Management Framework (ISO 31000)
  • Performing internal audits, assessments and reporting of our management systems and controls
  • Reporting on Management System outputs such as audit findings, management reviews, performance evaluation, objective measures
  • Writing and implementing policies and processes and conducting training as required
  • Administration of internal policies and processes knowledge base
  • Providing governance and alignment support over our policies, processes and procedures throughout our organization
  • Administration of AGSVA Security Clearances
  • Ensuring compliance with legislative, legal and contractual requirements
  • Coordinating and managing external certification and accreditation audits
  • Liaising with external stakeholders for information requests
