JOB DESCRIPTION

You will act as a functional leader for the Compliance Center of Excellence (CCoE) team of RCA professionals to identify and maximize opportunities for speed to market processes. This role will drive the assessment of marketing materials and PRISMs to ensure the active identification, response and/or escalation of risks as appropriate. You will work with business leaders to identify requirements, define appropriate speed to market strategies and lead the implementation of best-in-class business practices and processes across the organization.
A primary focus of this role is to manage resources, productivity, benchmarking volumes and facilitate proactive risk and issue identification and resolution. This role encompasses the development and implementation of strategies aimed at both building a cohesive team and optimizing the team’s performance. The Team’s primary responsibility is to serve as subject matter experts with a strong understanding of the assigned business units’ processes, risks, and controls. RCA Managers are expected to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and engage in proactive and open information sharing.

Primary responsibilities

  • Responsible for the review and disposition of marketing materials via the CAT tool within Archer. Ensure risk decisions are informed and prudent.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to ensure applicable risks are identified and risk mitigation plans are adequate for new business changes via PRISMs.
  • Establish clear and measurable goals that drive continuous improvement using quantitative data.
  • Define metrics for organizational effectiveness.
  • Provide oversight and direction on performance metrics to ensure SLAs are met.
  • Perform assessments of CAT, PRISM and TPRM submissions as well as provide back up to team members when needed.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 10 or more years of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • In-depth knowledge of consumer privacy laws and regulatory requirements governing marketing and communications.
  • Experience assessing and supporting the execution of marketing processes.
  • Strong knowledge of Compliance Requirements, and associated risk management activities.
  • Strong critical thinking, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Strong relationship building and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to credibly challenge processes and make decisions autonomously.
  • Strong leadership and management skills of processes, projects, and people.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others outside of core management chain to drive results.
  • Agility in thinking and delivery, along with proven ability to take direction in support of company goals.
  • Strong knowledge of Risk/Compliance/Audit competencies.

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there’s an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
