We are currently recruiting for a Risk & Compliance Analyst - (IT & Change) to join our established and experienced Risk & Compliance team here at RSA on a hybrid basis.
Your role
As part of the Compliance and Risk resource ‘cloud’, you will work closely with peers, and the Compliance and Risk Leadership Team to deliver on the Compliance and Risk strategic goals and business priorities.
You will dynamically contribute to the creation of a ‘growth mindset’ and supportive culture across the Compliance and Risk function.
You will be supporting with planned and ad-hoc risk activities relating to: IT and Change Risk, This will include, but will not be limited to, tasks relating to: Risk strategy, risk guiderails / frameworks and procedures.
About you
You will have previous experience in an IT risk specialism, such as, Cyber, IT Service Management, coupled with a background in IT change.
You will have great communication skills to build relationships and manage stakeholders effectively, including ability to constructively challenge and influence.
A good understanding in risk principles including and not limited to the three lines model.
In addition, you will have good time management skills to organise yourself, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks with varying deadlines.
